I've made a Macros That activates when @work network is connected
But Even when I'm home I still receive the Alerts;
Could someone enlighten me please.

It's not often I think I can help - I'm not at pro level here, but I'm fairly sure the problem is your macro is triggered by ANY of the following - so even when not connect @work, it is still being triggered by the second hourly trigger.
There are bound to be other, probably better ways, but one way might be this:

Never thought these where "Any" conditions
Always thought both must be true to execute the Macro; Then it make total sense Thank you ;
