I’m considering purchasing a MacBook Pro, and I’m hoping someone can tell me whether it’s possible to set a KM trigger to disable the trackpad when no external pointing device is connected (i.e., leaving just built-in keyboard control until the trackpad is re-enabled). Thanks.
There is no direct way to do this in Keyboard Maestro.
I don't know of any way to disable the trackpad - if there is any way, then Keyboard Maestro can probably make use of that to let you do it faster, but Keyboard Maestro does not provide any way to do it per se.
