Trackpad Release Delay

The trackpad has an option to drag with three fingers (you need to set it). But it has an annoying delay when you release your fingers from dragging which make's me a lot of troubles.

Is there some trigger to detect when fingers released from trackpad so I can then send a function which will immediately release the mouse?

It might be worth your while to look at BetterTouchTool.

I tried BetterTouchTool, but it doesn't seem to have something that will solve this issue.
