How to use right click to trigger on the trackpad?

This isn't possible with Keyboard Maestro only. But BetterTouchTool allows you to use the trackpad and mouse as triggers to execute AppleScripts, and Keyboard Maestro macros can be executed via AppleScript.

So you can set up a BTT trigger using trackpad right-click, and have it run an AppleScript to execute a Keyboard Maestro macro.
