Trying to figure out why some document links work and others not

I use the excellent (outstanding) free Notes app called Growly Notes which has the originality of being canvas / scrapbook based. It is a like MS One Note but much much better.

I can't figure out why certain links to sections work and others do not.
I am using the action: open URL in Growly Notes. The links that do not work open URL is red. I tried process normally and process nothing.

I am not expecting anyone to have Growly Notes to answer my question. I am just wondering if there is anything striking in the difference between the format of links that work and those that do not.
