Trying to Rotate a Selected Image in the Finder

Hi there– After trying every way I could think of on my own, and not finding anything in a search, here's what I'm trying and getting a timeout failure on. Is there any way to get the rotate image action to apply to a selected file directly rather than via a clipboard?

Select the Image File in Finder and press ⌘R to rotate it clockwise and ⌘⌥R to rotate counter clockwise. It's built into the Mac OS.
