Use/implementation of Compact Decimal Formatting

In KM, is there any way to use "Compact Decimal Formatting" as outlined in the Unicode CLDR, as referenced here as a number format in the %CalculateFormat% token?

It is part of the Unicode standard, but it may differ from how number formatting is implemented in KM. It may be useful in a few edge cases, and I'd certainly appreciate the support for it, if it isn't there already, or guidance on how to use it in KM.

Well, here's one (roundabout) approach:

To use it, just select the number (commas are OK) and tap the trigger (F7) in this case. The selection will be replaced.
