Sure.

The example (in the Macro Library) of the Custom HTML Prompt includes JavaScript (in the HTML). Any JavaScript you want to include can be in there.

I’m not sure if you can include external files or external links in the head section. There is no reason you should not be able to, but I don’t know if it is supported.
