Weird issue regarding "snippets pallet"

At odd times, say, when I switch to Sublime and go to copy something I have highlighted, after pressing Command+ C, instead of copying, I get a "Snippets" pallet pop up. there are no snippets populated in it.

I click away from it, and command + c again, and it works fine, the pallet doe not appear again.

But then later, this happens again.

I can't make it happen, it only happens once in a while.

Is this a keyboard maestro thing? Snippets pallet?

The only snippet-related thing I'm aware of in KM is "Prompt for Snippet," which is nothing like what's showing on your screen. My suspicion is that's some other utility app that uses Command-C to do something, but that's just a guess.

Might you be using Alfred? If so, check the Alfred Preferences.
