I'm curious what apps everyone has been able to replace with just Keyboard Maestro. For instance, it seems like KM contains the functionality of window management apps like Magnet, clipboard apps like Pasta, and even many features of productivity apps like Alfred. What other apps?
Technically, MacOS Shortcuts app came out long after KM, but I find that most of what Shortcuts can do is replaceable with KM.
Hello @Macs_Productivity
I changed the Topic‘s Category because you didn’t ask for help building Macros in your OP. Please consider this as an option to do yourself for more discussion like Posts in the Future.
Now back to Topic. I for my own try to not think about replacing any other tools with Keyboard Maestro. I am one of these guys who tries to complement other tools and build automations / workflows where several tools are involved to help each other coming to a defined goal.
But if I need a minimal amount of tools I definitely try to use KM‘s capacity to replace as much of my other tools as needed.
All this depends on workflow needs.

I just replaced the last non-subscription version of TextExpander - which still runs fine on the latest macOS btw - with Keyboard Maestro.
Planning to do that too. And also fantastical clone (Calender365?) with a calendar macro that was published here.
I have replaced Text Expander. I use Hazel with KM a lot, so 'she' is still very valuable. I didn't buy a few apps that caught my eye because KM can do what they offered with just a little work (fun really!!).
Just to clarify, the Outback Lounge is intended for topics unrelated to Keyboard Maestro, where as topics that ask questions related to Keyboard Maestro (even if not about macros) are appropriately in the Questions & Suggestions category.
So I am moving this back to the Questions & Suggestions category. Thanks.
