What does this action coloring mean?

I have noticed some Finder action are blue-stripe colored:

What does this mean and why is that so?

That color and pattern identifies Actions that have been found by a KM search, made at the upper right corner of the KM Editor. Clear the search string and the pattern will be cleared.
