How do I reopen this window? Every time that I close it the only way to reopen is to close the keyboard maestro.
I didn't find a shortcut or a menu to reopen. I use this window every time I need to use my shortcuts when I'm not connected with the streamdeck at home.
That appears to be the Keyboard Maestro Global Palette.

That's the Global Macro Palette, which contains macros that have a Global Macro Palette trigger.
You can show/hide/toggle the palette using these actions, like so:
It also shows on startup if there are any active macros or groups with Global Macro Palette trigger.
