Where does Keyboard Maestro store all macros?

ok - I deleted most of my macros, which where put in a folder inside KM with some KB shortcut - and then deleted it,

I need to go to Time Machine…

I restored the Keyboard Maestro Macros.plist from earlier today, but the very short list of macros (about 18 macros) are still the only ones I see (from All Macros folder).

Found a larger file from 2 days earlier with 740KB, but when restored it is reduced to same amount of 230KB.

So there's no change here.

Do you possibly have Macro Syncing enabled?

Did you try Revert Macros?

There Is a File / Revert Macros - It Saved Me!

A thank you note / TIL. A few days ago I set up a new Mac and with it the indispensable KM, I configure macro syncing and though my job was done. Days later I noticed that the macro I was triggering was running a super old version, I go check it and all my macros had been reverted to months old ones. I was almost crying when I noticed an awesomely named menu item: File / Revert Macros. It had the exact date where the f-up happened, clicked on it and it restored everything to the correct version…

Yes, this was it!!!

The newest in my list was June 1, 2025 so I probably only lost 2 new entries from today, but no problem
