Which software on the Windows platform is closest to the operational logic of Keyboard Maestro

Which software on the Windows platform most closely mimics the operational logic of Keyboard Maestro? I understand that this question has been asked years ago, but I'd like to see if there are any new discoveries recently. Thanks

I asked OpenAI, and it said:

  • AutoHotkey (OpenAI said this was the best)
  • Pulover's Macro Creator
  • PhraseExpress
  • Macro Recorder

I would imagine AutoHotKey is still the most capable alternative on Windows. It's not nearly as user-friendly (no GUI editor like Keyboard Maestro), but it can do most anything you want if you can bear the language.

That being said, I'm not familiar with any of the alternatives @Airy mentioned (which may nullify my post; fair enough!)

Remember that LLM approximate retrievals are not based on knowledge – just on token distributions.

Search engines are often more revealing (and I think anyone posting here can probably use a search engine for themselves).

Essentially text templates, it seems.
