Please review, fix, or comment.

I added

  • organizational headers (to gen a TOC)
  • HTML code examples
  • forum links

and tried to clarify the wording a bit.

There are several fixes and/or confirmations needed.

I’ve gone over it and fixed up a few of the FIXMEs.

The (!) works well in Safari, but Chrome does not show it in yellow because it does not support the extra unicode property, but presumably will eventually. Just use (!) and accept the black&white warning for now and hopefully the other browsers will catch up in due course.
