Wiki Updated and Locked

I have updated the Wiki to the newest version of dokuwiki, as well as updating the various plugins to their latest versions. Let me know if you notice anything wrong.

I have also locked the wiki while I make changes on a copy elsewhere to update it for Keyboard Maestro 9. If you have anything you think needs to be changed urgently on the wiki, let me know.

That depends on your definition of close. Since I have only just started on the documentation, it is a safe bet to assume it will still be a while.

Close was within a month in my mind, but OK, anyway, I don't even use KM to it's fullest so v9 will just be gravy:-)
