Will Maestro work within the Parallels Windows environment?

Continuing the discussion from About the general category:

The way emulators, cross platform/Java apps, remote desktop/screen sharing apps, etc work varies dramatically and happens at a various low levels, and changes from version to version. So there is really no way to predict in general what will and wont work.

As a general rule, Keyboard Maestro has no ability to change the way events are generated - they are created and submitted to the system, or applications are accessed using the universal accessibility API, and so what you get is what you get, you can’t change it on Keyboard Maestro side.

Sometimes with emulators or remote desktops have various running modes (eg Windowed, Full Screen, Coherence, etc), and changing these sorts of settings may affect the way the they process events.
