It would allow me to sort by date / time of cron trigger, just like I can sort by time for time of day triggers
For time of day, I would add the day of the week.
among other things, would make it easier to spot cron and time of day errors which in my experience are common.

For cron triggers, there is no actual time, just the time it will next trigger, which changes, so it would be quite challenging to do this.
How about just the date ?
It would be IMO be more practical in terms of finding errors and creates an easy to consult list of future CRON triggered macros than an icon.
