I just had to laugh at this image:

With your avatar's wry smile, it would be easy to read this as "Noted, but don't hold your breath." I mean, that may have been your actual thinking, but your avatar just cracked me up here.

If this gets implemented, it would be helpful if it's possible to return a deleted macro to its macro group—like the Put Back command in the Finder for items in the Trash—or to at least have the prior macro group indicated to the user (akin to how the parent macro group is shown when a macro is selected in Keyboard Maestro Editor search results).

and perhaps exclude from export all macros as folder menu item

There is always issues with such features - for example the security issue of deleting a macro containing a password and then finding out it remains in “the trash”.
