Action Failed when opening a file

I have a Filemaker "Start" solution where I have shortcuts to all my current projects. Since forever I have a shortcut (CMD+F5) to open that file. All of a sudden it doesn't work anymore, see pic.

Strange thing: If I have Filemaker closed, it works. Filemaker opens with the "Baser LAN" file. If I have Filemaker already open, I get the error.

I suspected iCloud Drive was part of the failure, so I moved the file to my Home folder, but that didn't work either.

When I think about it, I recently updated Filemaker to version 19.5. Can that be the reason? However, open the file manually works as it should.

Any ideas? :thinking:

This sounds very like the Monterey 12.3 bug that is mentioned in the thread below. It was resolved by updating to Monterey 12.3.1

Specifically, it was an AppleScript bug but it also broke Keyboard Maestro's open file Actions.
