Convert from UUID to macro name within Alfred

I'm using the Alfred workflow 'Alfred Maestro' that allows Keyboard Maestro macro to be run in Alfred. Is there a way to convert a Keyboard Maestro macro UUID (e.g. F663A72D-C930-431B-A275-46E2FF8421C2) to a macro name from within Alfred?

If it were possible, what would you want Alfred to do if there were two macros by the same name?

EDIT: maybe you just want to find the name, and not use it to call a macro? That may be possible by extracting the name from the editor's storage file, but that will require help from an expert.
