Easier with ⌘D (“Duplicate”).
@leehawa, if it’s that what you want, then you can simply assign ⌃R to the Duplicate command.
The shortcuts are in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts. Click the “+” button to add a new one:
