Custom Icons for Macros

Hello there,
I am not sure, if am missing something obvious here, but is there a way to give a custom (graphic) icon to a macro? I am not talking about the ones you could create in the Characters sub-menu of the Icon Chooser, but rather about small custom logos etc. that I have saved as image files.

Yep. Just copy the image, then in the Macro, click on the image field, and paste.
