Manipulating windows that are not real

Any way to grab and manipulate windows that are not real windows?
A couple examples of what I am talking about are:

  • Dragon Dictate command windows.
  • Zoom participant and / or chat windows
  • the little window that pops open when on a skype video chat with the other persons video.

If KM can't "see" the window, it can't manipulate it.

Your only hope is AppleScript.
