Record Macro stops after first action

I used to be able to Record Macros without any issues, but today all of a sudden the Recording stops after the first action.

I've toggled the accessibility permissions (System Preferences, Security & Privacy, Privacy, Accessibility) as suggested here to no avail.

Any advice on how to fix? Thanks

What do you mean by “the Recording stops after the first action”. What is the first behaviour that is recorded? If you repeat that behaviour, is that added as well? Does recording stop in that the Recording window goes away?

I was able to solve it, turns out it was a permissions issue. Removing, then adding back, Keyboard Maestro did the trick.
