This is a new computer (fresh install on 2020-08-24).
This machine has been running for 7 days.
Looking at the file download history on the "SQL Backups" macro, I notice that it didn't run on the old machine once or twice. But never multiple days in a row (from what I can see).
Here is how it's configured:
From the Engine Log:
2020-08-27 04:14:35 Execute macro “SQL Backups” from trigger At 3:45 every day
2020-08-29 04:02:26 Execute macro “SQL Backups” from trigger At 3:45 every day
2020-08-31 03:44:59 Execute macro “SQL Backups” from trigger At 3:45 every day
So it didn't run on the 28th, 30th, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.
I have a similar issue with a cron macro, it was supposed to trigger on the 2nd, but it never did (doesn't show up in the Engine log at all):
Update a few hours later: I found this thread: Trying to decipher reason why CRON trigger did not work during the night. I've set my setting in Energy Saver to Prevent computer from sleeping automatically, we'll see if that fixes things
