Hey Lon,
When posting macros to the Keyboard Maestro forum please use these guidelines:
- Always post a Macro File.
- Always post an image.
This means people won't have to reinvent the wheel to test your macro, and that significantly improves the likelihood that someone will help you.
If we're not testing we're guessing, and guessing often wastes people's valuable time.
Folks generally won't download something they haven't eyeballed first, so providing an image of the macro is crucial.
If you haven't seen these they're worth a moment of your time:

Also – please resize the width of Keyboard Maestro Editor before sharing or taking images – so there's not a humongous amount of wasted space in them.
Unnecessarily large images are an eyesore, and they take extra space on the server which adds up.
I have a couple of macros for this.
-
Resize the KM Editor width for sharing (sometimes I have to adjust by hand).
-
Resize the KM Editor to my normal working size.
