Click left OUTSIDE of a Found Image?

I would like to create a macro that will click on a "found image" that will be unique every time I run it.

Is there a way to use the "click found image", and have macro click say -20 to the left of the found image?

See example: I was trying to use the found image of " BIRTH DEATH" and click the icon (book photo) to its left. This icon will be unique every time.

Any other ideas on how to do this?

After playing around a little bit more, I created this solution. It there a better way to do this?
