I've used a boilerplate in the past, but this one based on @_jims is useful:
"Welcome to the KM Forum.
You really need to tell us a bit more about what your macro is trying to do and with what apps. At the very least it would help if you would upload your macro so we can see what it is doing rather than trying to guess.
As a new forum user, you'll likely find these links helpful:
- Getting Started with Keyboard Maestro and the Forum
- How Do I Get The Best Answer in the Shortest Time to Questions on the KM Forum?
- Entering and Enhancing Forum Posts
- How to Post/Upload Your Macro to the Forum"
If the OP responds then it's likely to be fruitful going forward. If they don't respond - well, it's not been a waste of time trying to second-guess what the problem is.
