Adding an action after Save

I have set up a set of actions for Preview (Mac), for converting a TIFF to PDF. I open the TIFF, and my first macro goes to File menu > export as PDF. This works fine. Now I have the opportunity to rename the file, and another macro to click on the Save image. Again, no problem. However, another dialogue box appears, warning that I have to choose from a couple of options. I set it up to click on the image Use PDF. This doesn't work, as part of the second macro.

If I save manually, the Use PDF works fine. Is there a way to have that action in the same macro as the Save?

Thanks, Dan. I was unclear.

When I have a macro set up to click on the Save image, followed by click on the Use PDF image, the save happens. The click on Use PDF, does not.

If I have those two set up as individual macros, the Use PDF works fine. It's just when I have it in the same macro as the Save, that it doesn't.

Is there a simple way to share my panels, or is a screenshot the best way?
